HOW DO I ADJUST THE SIZE?
Locate the knot on the end of the bracelet near the 1GD button. Slide the knot, over the cord,
away from the beads to lengthen. Or slide the knot closest to the beads for the shortest length.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Absolutely. If you choose USPS Priority, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can also send us an email with your order number and we'd be glad to provide the
whereabouts of your bracelet and shipment status.
RETURNS, WARRANTIES & REPAIR
Enjoy a one year warranty on all of the 1GD bracelets for damage caused by shipping or production defects.
Due to the delicate nature of the glass beads, we are unable to repair damage caused by regular wear and tear.
Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your return or replacement.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept cash or traveler's checks. If you prefer to pay with a personal check, please email us and we can facilitate your transaction. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
ITEM AVAILABILITY & PARTIAL ORDERS
Most online orders for in-stock items are processed as soon as the purchase is complete. In-stock items are shipped once payment is approved, shipping address is verified and items are located.
Pre-order items are not yet in stock but are available for advance order on our site. Once in stock, a pre-ordered item is shipped directly to your preferred address. The expected shipping date of a pre-ordered item is indicated on the product detail page. Note: This date is an estimate and is subject to change.
Orders for multiple items, that contain a pre-order item, will not be shipped until the pre-order item is in stock.

When placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are your responsibility.
